Shipping Policy

  • Regions Covered: UAE and GCC countries.

Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Condition: Items must be unused, with original packaging.Refunds are only accepted if the item is unopened and in its original sealed packaging.

  • Defects/Warranty: If defective, we issue a replacement or full refund as per supplier warranty.

  • Costs: We cover return shipping within UAE. for other GCC countries customers should pay the return fees. if the products accepted by the supplier company as deficted we will pay back the shipping cost.

  • Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
