The best “Signer” I’ve owned – huge upgrade over the classic models!
I recently upgraded to the Ledger Nano™ Gen5 and the difference is night and day. After hearing about all the crypto lost in 2025, I wanted the best cold storage for crypto I could find.
What I love:
The Touchscreen: The 2.8” E Ink® display is so much better than the tiny screens on the older Nano S or X. It makes Clear Signing actually readable so I don’t make mistakes.
Security: Knowing it has the CC EAL6+ chip gives me total peace of mind that my keys are hack-resistant and offline.
Setup: It was effortless to pair with the Ledger Wallet™ app on my phone via Bluetooth.
Style: I love that I can personalize the lockscreen with my own NFTs or badges.
Verdict:
If you are still using a software wallet or an old-school hardware wallet, do yourself a favor and get this signer. It’s worth every bit of the AED 860 to know my assets are safe.
